Allied Mental Health Professional Fully licensed in a mental health field other than MFT at the highest level of licensure for one of the following professions:

Mental Health Counseling
Professional Counseling
Psychiatric Nursing
Pre-Allied Mental Health Professional Post-master’s working toward the highest level of licensure in one of the following non-MFT professions:
Clinical Psychology
Psychiatry
Social Work
Mental Health Counseling
Professional Counseling
Psychiatric Nursing
Student Enrolled in a graduate program or post-graduate certificate program in marriage and family therapy or a related mental health field.
Affiliate Individuals who are interested in the field of marriage and family therapy but who are not eligible for one of our other membership categories are welcome to join as Affiliate members.
*Students who are eligible for a higher category of membership, based on licensure or post-master’s work toward licensure, are ineligible for student membership.
