What does Family Therapy look like in 2023? Join us as Eric and Lindsay introduce us to the principles and practice of engaging families through the Restoration Therapy model which grew out of Contextual Family Therapy.  Bring your lunch and join us for this in person training.

Learning Objectives

1.       Develop foundational knowledge of the origins of Restoration Therapy as a theory and in practice.

2.       Identify similarities and distinctions between Restoration Therapy and Contextual Family Therapy.

3.       Recognize at least three key principles of Restoration Therapy and several interventions used in this model.

4.       Consider ways in which Restoration Therapy compares and contrasts with other MFT theories.

Eric and Lindsay Minton are both Certified Restoration Therapists and practice marriage and family therapy at Minton Family Therapy here in Knoxville, TN.
