TNAMFT Day on the Hill 2022

Calling all LMFTs, MFT Program Directors, Professors and Students: YOU are invited to attend the TNAMFT Day on the Hill, February 15th. I truly hope you are able to attend and PLEASE pass this invitation to your colleagues. Having a strong turnout can really make a difference. 

As part of the TNAMFT legislative committee, I am excited to be a part of the MFT Day on the Hill 2022. I hope you'll join us. 

• WHAT: MFT Day on the Hill

    WHY: What are we trying to accomplish?

  ·     Advocating for the continuation of Telehealth privileges. We are in a sunset year and these privileges must be renewed. 

  ·     Advocating for more MFT representation on the licensing board. 

  Earning CEs: Licensed MFTs can earn 1 hour of CE in Ethics for doing the video training AND attending the Day on the Hill.

  Those who attend the MFT Day on the Hill will achieve the following Objectives for obtaining CEs:

1.     Gain knowledge of the political processes and structures that govern the MFT profession in Tennessee. 
2.     Learn current legislation that directly impacts the well-being of families supports the profession of MFTs in Tennessee.
3.     Engage lawmakers and advocate for new legislation that will benefit the profession of MFT.
